Can you use fabric I have purchased
somewhere else to make me a jacket or an outfit?”
Yes, most of the time we can use fabric
you have previously purchased for your outfit. However, we
reserve the right to approve the fabric prior to use.
Sometimes a fabric is not suitable in quality, weight, or
other properties for your finished garment. If you wish us
to check to see if your fabric is appropriate, you can send
us a swatch for approval.
How do I get a custom designed garment?
First, email or call us and tell us the
vision you have of your new outfit. Then we will send you a
customized swatch packet and sketches. Next we refine the
design to fit your tastes, decide on colors for the
garment(s), and get you a quote for your new outfit. After
affirming all the details of your order a 50% deposit will
be required and we will give you an approximate ship date
for your new outfit.
What is the normal delivery time for
your items?
Ready to Wear items ship within 24
hours of payment, Made to order and custom items normally
ship 4-6 weeks after placing an order. Delivery of Made to
Order and custom items will vary with the time of year.
Email us for an approximate delivery date. Rush delivery
may be available.
Will I see someone at a show with the
same outfit I have?
You may see the same style if you have
ordered a Made to Order Style, but you should not see the
garment in the same colors. We do not duplicate colors on
our Made to Order Styles.
How do I know what size I am?
All items are custom sized to you. We
have a detailed measurement form and guide to assist you in
getting your measurements.

What type of rhinestones are used on
your garments?
We use Swarovski rhinestones on all of
our garments. We sew on stones, use rim settings or glue
depending on the type of fabric we are attaching to. Rim
settings work wonderfully on leather and heavy material.
Glue or sew on stones work best on very lightweight or very
stretchy fabrics.
